What can I enter?

• A carrier tracking number — from your shipping confirmation email. Shows the parcel's progress on its own.
• Your order number — the GN- reference on your receipt. This one also asks for the email you used at checkout, so nobody else can look your order up with it.

What you'll see

• The order's current status and, once it ships, the estimated delivery date.
• The carrier and tracking number, with a link straight to the carrier's own page where one is available.
• Every scan recorded so far — each step with its time and, where the carrier reports it, the location.

No personal details are shown here — no name, address, email or items. Only where the parcel is.
